The space

The holiday villa is in the countryside, at an altitude of 200 metres, on the cliffs to the west of Ponta do Sol

7 Bedroom Luxury Villa, superb views of sea & coastline in its own plantation you come across this superb spacious 7 bedroomed villa with infinity pool, offering uninterrupted breath-taking views of the coastline.
The large open plan living area offers seating and dining for 14, has a projection screen for the cable TV, and leads onto the covered terrace. It looks over the pool and sun terrace out to the sea, and is complemented by a games room with billiard table and darts, children’s corner with flatscreen TV, Xbox console and games, easy chairs, bean bags and children’s library.

The open plan kitchen has a special feature of a large built-in barbecue and is fully equipped with a 4-ring hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, liquidiser and toasted sandwich maker.

The Villa has the luxury of having a second lounge on the first floor, leading onto a balcony that stretches across the whole front of the house affording the same stunning views. The lounge has seating for 6 and a flatscreen cable Tv, as well as a desk for those times you need to catch up with some work!

on the 1st floor there are 4 bedrooms, two bedrooms with shared bathroom and two suites, one suite has a jacuzzi, all these rooms open onto the balcony that extends to the front of the house.. On the ground floor, off the lounge, is a double bedroom with en-suite. A further two double bedrooms and shared bathroom can be found in the attic space.

The heated infinity pool is large (11,5m X 3,5m) and perfect for swimming whilst taking in those stunning views.

The surrounding land belongs to the villa owner, who produces biological bananas and other tropical fruits and aromatic herb that may be used by guests for cooking or infusions.

There is easy wheelchair access to the living area and pool terrace.

There is free Wi-Fi connection throughout the Villa

A hire car is recommended. Parking within the villa grounds is available for 3 cars.

The villa is totally fenced around, and the pool terrace is gated.

The Villa is accessed via a dead-end road, approximately 900 metres long.

For occupancies of up to 8 persons, the attic bedrooms remain closed.

Guests have complete and free access to the villa, garden and pool, barbecue area, game room.

Other things to note

The pool can be heated, paying an additional fee of 200 euros for temperature 25 degrees and more 25 euros per degree more.
The heated pool must be requested in advance and is payable the day of entry.
